Registration
- The
registration fee includes the seminar, course
materials, lunch and refreshment breaks. Early
registration will be accepted through March
18, 2005. Registration after March 18, 2005,
will cost an additional $30.00

Accommodations - Sleeping rooms have been
reserved for program participants at the special
rate of $74 at the Wyndham Riverfront, #2 Riverfront
Place, in North Little Rock. You may call the

March 10, 2005. Please mention that you are
with the Arkansas Bar Association to receive

| CLE
Credit - The program has been submitted
to the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board
for a total of 6.0 CLE hours. Attendees who
are licensed in other states are responsible
for applying for credit in those states. |
| Cancellations
- Full refunds, less a $20 administrative charge,
will be given to registrants whose cancellation
is received at least one week before
the seminar. After this deadline,
but BEFORE the day of the program, you
may designate a substitute or request a CLE
credit certificate. If you do not cancel
and do not attend, you will receive the course
materials only. |
| Parking
and Entrance - Alltel Arena, North Little
Rock. Both parking and entrance are on the Southside
of the arena between Cypress and Olive on Washington
Avenue. You can park in the VIP parking lot
on the south side of Washington. Enter arena
through the Box Office Entrance on street level
on the north side of Washington. |
